Build Your Dream Swimming Pool

FANTASTIC COMPANY, GREAT TEAM FROM START TO FINISH. Jade were one of many to quote our concrete pool. Definitely the only ones who followed up, went above and beyond to answer all questions providing additional information all before we signed on the dotted line. Very professional and exceptional before and after service.

GREAT COMPANY! PERFECT POOL!
I really wanted a pool in my newly built house, but was concerned it wouldn’t fit due to the lack of space in my backyard. Jade Pools came up with a solution and built a beautiful pool that my wife and I couldn’t be happier with. All the staff from admin to the contractors are extremely professional and so easy to work with. Can’t thank Jade enough for our pool.

GREAT COMPANY, GREAT POOLS
Built a pool with Jade and was the showpiece of our house when we sold it. Other pool companies were reluctant to build on our land due to the close proximity to our house but Jade managed to design and build a gem.

REALLY ENJOYING OUR NEW JADE POOL
The timing was perfect, just before Christmas. We use the pool daily and thanks to Matt’s suggestion, we put a heat pump on, so the temperature is so good to stay in longer. The pool package came with a Polaris auto cleaner which does a great job.

A BEAUTIFUL POOL
We went with Jade Pools and they were excellent. The pool site was a difficult site, being in a flood zone, landfill, easements, a battle axe block and delays with Council. I would highly recommend Jade Pools for their professionalism and attention to detail and the final result is a beautiful pool.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. SEAMLESS FROM START TO FINISH
Matt walked us through every step of the process, answering all questions until we were comfortable. The construction process was seamless and managed effectively. Resulting in a high quality end product, which was on time and within budget. The customer experience was effortless. Jade’s people are professional and accommodating, always willing to help and provide guidance.

EXCELLENT POOL REFURBISHMENT
Excellent pool refurbishment. The Jade Pools Team has just done a great job on my tricky pool refurbishment. Matt was an excellent hands on manager, efficient, knowledgeable, resilient and friendly. The tiling team could not be faulted. They were punctual, efficient and skillfully achieved a perfect result. Job well done.

JADE POOLS DESEREVES A 7 STAR RATING
Matthew from Jade Pools has been fantastic since the beginning when I started exploring my pool options. Ours being a side to side and front to back slope it is a difficult site. He has provided me with the best and most technical knowledge about Council rules and saved me a headache. He is most upfront, not pushy and uses top quality equipment. What other pool builders called upgrades (and try for you to pay more money). Matthew from Jade provides them as standard. Jade Pools deserve a 7 star rating and I can’t wait to see my pool being built from them.
